What to Expect
Hood River Chiropractor serving the Columbia River Gorge and Greater Portland Area
You may be visiting a Chiropractor in Hood River because of an acute injury or perhaps you want to attain and maintain a level of health that causes you to shine. Whatever your goals are, it is our commitment to you to make each visit safe, thorough, and effective so that you can reach your fullest potential as quickly as possible. Dr. Morrow uses a combination of Chiropractic and massage techniques to help your body relax and get the most out of each adjustment.

Initial Visit
In order to get a good picture of where you are currently in your own health journey, Dr. Morrow will gather some information and perform a Chiropractic examination before beginning treatment. She will then discuss her findings and recommend a personalized treatment plan. Treatment will usually begin on the first visit, however if diagnostic imaging or further investigation is required, treatment may be postponed. Your first visit will usually last about 60 minutes.

Follow Up Adjustments
Depending on your body's needs and the level of care recommended by Dr. Morrow, you will receive Chiropractic adjustments to help your body heal itself and to restore health. These visits usually last between 20-25 minutes and are accompanied by regional active release techniques, myofascial stretching, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular therapy.

Extended Visits
Sometimes your body requires a little more TLC... our extended visits last 45-50minutes and often include a broader range of massage with your Chiropractic adjustments.

Total Body Treatment
This is the ultimate "tune-up" for your body. A 90 minute session includes a full body massage with Chiropractic adjustments, leaving you re-aligned, relaxed, and rejuvenated!
